Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that during high-volume periods, such as sales or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times.
At checkout, you will be able to select from available shipping options. Shipping time and cost will vary depending on the method selected at checkout.
All orders will be Delivered within 7 Working days of the order being placed excluding PRE ORDERS
Please see product descriptions for estimated delivery time on Pre Orders.
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.
Pre- Orders
In the description of a product it will state estimated delivery time, please note this is estimated.
Current Pre orders are expected to be delivered in 7-10 Working Days from Placing the order.
Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email that includes tracking information, if applicable. You can use this to follow your order’s journey to your doorstep.
Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are calculated and displayed at checkout, based on the shipping method you choose. Any promotions or free shipping thresholds will also be clearly outlined during checkout.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delayed beyond the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@thatgirlheavenco.com with your order number so we can investigate. That Girl Heaven Limited is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or events beyond our control.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure all shipping details are correct at the time of checkout. We cannot be held responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.
